Our college consulting at ASEA has one simple mission: help students prepare for, explore, and apply to colleges that are the best fit for them. The college search and application process is more complicated and competitive than ever. Our consultants assist students with understanding the process, making themselves competitive for admission, setting realistic goals, identifying and researching colleges, and standing out on their applications. ASEA provides individualized college search and admissions assistance tailored to each student’s’need.

- Evaluation of student’s academic standing, including review of transcripts, course history, test scores, GPA, and graduation requirements
- Evaluation of career goals, extracurricular activities, hobbies, interests, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Identifying colleges where the student would feel most comfortable in based upon on social setting, geographic location, student body size, special interest activities, financial aid, and other considerations
- Brainstorming college essay ideas and helping students refine and finalize their rough drafts
- Guidance on filling out the FAFSA and CSS Profile
